Science is hard, and for many of our students, it represents the first time in their lives that they find themselves truly challenged. As early difficulties can lead students to believe they aren't "smart enough" or "cut out" to do science, our team carefully selects initial projects for junior members. We also assure that junior members are provided with direct mentoring in not just the technical but also the intellectual aspects of research.

Our team's goal is simple - helping all of our members achieve their true potential, and this is a core belief shared by all of those who join our group. We believe no task is more important or rewarding than supporting and shaping the minds of the next generation of scientists, who long after we are gone, will carry forward our intellectual legacy within their own work and mentorship of yet another generation of scientists.
